Job Description:

This is a full-time Technician role responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance works, renovation tasks, and ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance. The role involves handling routine maintenance duties, responding to breakdowns, and assisting with inspections and incident investigations as required by regulatory authorities (e.g., BCD, FSB).

Key responsibilities include observing safety work procedures, maintaining proper storage of tools, following up on breakdown reports and QC/QA defects, and supporting standby operations. The technician will also carry out renovation works in accordance with ISO9001 and 14001 standards, and report all relevant team matters to superiors. A strong emphasis is placed on reducing waste, preventing pollution, and adhering to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA).

Qualifications:

• Min. NITEC in engineering
• Must have own transport (Motorcycle)
• Prior experience in lift industry would be highly advantageous
