Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all service operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall guest experience.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain high service standards and boost team morale.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other department to ensure timely service and consistency in quality.
Analyze customer satisfaction data and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Support event and banquet service coordination when applicable.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in POS systems and customer service software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
