-Reporting to the Upper Level and Category Managers, you are responsible to provide analytical support to the teamand reporting on department performance.
-Managing a team of agents and consistently delivering excellent customer experience.
-To deliver top-notch customer support and possess the communication and leadership skills to supervise a team.
-In the course of your work, some times you will need to liaise with customers also, to ensure smooth execution of product listing and promotion; for claims/promotion/new product listings, & etc
-In addition, you will provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to the management.
-Any other ad-hoc tasks
-Co-ordinate and assist in the stock rotation in the warehouse to ensure stocks are regularly sent out to the stores.
-Follow up with suppliers to ensure ordering cycle is smooth and complete.
-Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for System maintenance.
-Conducting market research to stay up to date on trends.
-Establishing department standards and procedures.
-Hiring and training ner personnel.
-Able to work on weekend
-Able to work over time
