Our client

An ISO certified additional and alteration (A&A) work contractor, integrated facilities management service provider offering various types of professional services including facilities management, Maintenance of building facilities n Facility consultation service.

Job scope

· To respond to M&E facilitates operations cases to provide technical knowledge and advice for site issue

· Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services.

· To manage sub - contractors in fitting out and A&A projects and ensure adherence to building’s regulation guideline

· To conduct preventive M&E maintenance to ensure smooth facilities operation.

· To manage minor A&A works M&E project

· To Coordinate with client, vendor, internal team. External contractor

· To liaise with vendor for cost comparisons and liase with client for building M&E contract renewal.

· To adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Requirements

· Diploma in Facilities Management or M&E engineering

· 4 years of Facilities operations.

· Proficient with acmv/hvac/ aircon building M&E.
