Customer Service Officer (Education Center)

Our client is Chinese enrichment center. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Islandwide - easily accessible.

Duties of Customer Service Officer:

• Manage enrolments and registration processes.
• Oversee school fee collection and follow-ups.
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist in daily school operations.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with retail operations hour
• Min O Level with customer service experience
