HR Payroll Specialist (1 Year Contract) Medical Devices MNC

Our client is an US MNC, a leading player in Medical Devices Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Payroll Specialist to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area.

Responsibility of HR Payroll Specialist:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors, maintain records, generate financial reports, and support audits.
• Oversee the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, and HR documentation.
• Facilitate internal communications, government reporting, and audits.
• Provide general HR support, assist in HR events, and handle ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• Min 3 years of payroll experience in manufacturing industry
