Senior Accounts Executive (Non-profit - Donation)

Duties:

• Month end closing - Ensure the books are closed accurately and on time each month.
• Balance Sheet & GST - Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet schedules and conduct quarterly GST reconciliations and submit reports to IRAS.
• Donation & Bank Reconciliation – Manage donations, record daily receipts, reconcile transactions, and maintain up-to-date donation records
• Fixed Assets Management – Record asset transactions and conduct annual asset sighting as well as prepare audit schedules.
• Funding matters - Oversee Ministry of Health (MOH) funding matters

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Non-profit organizations
