System Engineer / West / FMCG / 1 Year Contract

Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Supply Chain Executive (Inventory) to be part of their IT team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Duties:

• Middleware Architecture Design : Design and implement a scalable, robust middleware architecture to overcome integration challenges with fragmented systems and legacy infrastructure.
• System Integration Management : Develop and manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Message Exchange & Security : Ensure secure, reliable message exchanges between systems using appropriate messaging protocols.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Implement proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure efficient, scalable middleware operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant field
• 5 years of relevant experience
