Within our global Customer Experience group , joining the Hardware Experience team , th is role will support our mis si on to transform our product portfolio and enhance the experience of the people we serve . You will collaborate with diverse, hard-working teams of de si gners, engineers, and creatives to deliver world-class, transformational products and customer experiences .

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in product de si gn, development, and volume manufacturing .

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience

• Proven experience in consumer-centric product de si gn .

• Deep understanding of Colour , Material, Finish (CMF) .

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes & materials for diverse product types— wearables & textile integration experience highly de si rable.

• Expertise in De si gn for Manufacturing (DFM) & De si gn for Assembly (DFA) .

• Experience working within strict quality systems & regulatory environments .

• Demonstrated success in team or studio environments .

• Degree or Tertiary Qualification in Product De si gn, Industrial De si gn , or equivalent.
