Responsibilities:
Plan and implement refurbishment and A&A work of the Resort.
Project manage and provide technical support to Business units on their proposed facilities upgrades/enhancement.
To liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with authority’s requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
Prepare estimates of budget for approvals and ensure cost efficiency.
Manage quality delivery and completion of projects while minimize operational disruption/loss of income during the execution.
Preparation of periodic reports and presentations on projects.
Continuous learning for quality of team’s performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years' experience in general building and interior renovation works with formal qualifications in Building-related discipline or Interior Design required.
Hospitality renovation background is preferred.
Experience in live-environment brownfield sites preferred.
Good understanding of building services and knowledge of market rates and practices.
Knowledge of M&E system would be an advantage.
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills with integrity and professional conduct.
