The main purpose of this role is to support the marine mammal specialist guest flow and onsite ticketing issues, may also assist in guest reservations. This includes daily cleaning of guest equipment, including pavilion cleanliness when needed. Plays a supportive role in dolphin interaction presentations, education and conservation efforts.

Job Responsibilities

1. Basic understanding of animal and husbandry principles.

2. Demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service and display knowledge of the Dolphin

Island products.

3. Develop ability to host guest tours and non-interactive guest programs.

4. Possess first aid training.
