Duties:

  • Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, ensuring positive experiences and satisfaction.
  • Make final decisions on matters of importance related to operations.
  • Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor new and existing staff.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, grooming, and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company.
  • Assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards.

Requirements:

  • Min Local Diploma in Education
  • Prior related working experience
