Job Specifications

1 Responsible for new business development, potential account development and account servicing.

2 Able to do prospecting, cold calling and secure new appointments from scratch

3 Able to conduct presentations well and solicit businesses

4 Manage projects from planning to implementation and to ensure timely delivery and execution of customer requirements.

5 Develop and execute strategies in providing effective solutions to maintain existing accounts, and procure potential customers.

6 To co-ordinate with Support Teams in meeting customer requirements.

7 Undertake a variety of tasks to meet 100% customer satisfaction and provide the best and most practical solutions for projects.

8 Willing to take on tasks essential for meeting sales targets.

9 Responsible for preparing sales quotation, project deliveries, budget and project schedule based on clients’ requirements.

Responsibilities/ Customer Support

1 To follow-up and work closely with Sales Team and Accounts Department in minimizing unbilled jobs, load-in jobs, overdue payment and bad debts collection.

2 Ensure Customer Service experience is well achieved within own effort and commitment.

3 Responsible for the booking in and tracking of jobs and work closely with sales and production.

4 To ensure prompt and punctual submission and approval of all claims/reports and fulfil all areas of responsibilities as a team member.

5 Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by your superior.

6 Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with valued customers.

7 Co-ordinate jobs in progress in-house or on site to resolve problems to customers’ satisfaction.

8 To facilitate with various departments in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction.

Job Requirements (Min. Qualification / Experience, Skills, Competencies, Other requirements)

1 Positive attitude and an independent team player.

2 Have great initiative and sense of responsibility.

3 Effective multi-tasking abilities with good communication and problem-solving skills.

4 An enthusiastic character with very strong competency in client presentation, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

5 Committed to work under pressure, long hours, on weekends or as and when required.

6 Abide to rules and regulations set by the Department and Company.

7 Experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, branding, technology, advertising, interior and exhibition design and project management would be an advantage.

8 Minimum ‘A’ level or Diploma Holder with at least 2-3 years of project sales experience.
