Client Coverage Team
The Client Coverage team consists of highly dedicated professionals whose core focus is to provide a coordinated and one-stop-shop platform to address our client’s corporate finance and funding requirements.
The Client Coverage model provides a single point of contact, offering structuring, financing and advisory services to our clients in the region. In doing so, our clients can benefit from a full spectrum of products and services offered by RHB Banking Group.
The Products and Services offered by RHB Banking Group, include Corporate Finance, M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged and Acquisition Financing Solutions and Corporate Banking.
Your Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of pitch books for Advisory, Debt & Equity Capital Raising, M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions in the region
Assist in preparation of management presentation materials, due diligence reports and transaction documents
Assist in preparation of internal management presentation materials
Perform financial analysis and valuation e.g. discounted cash flow and multiples based analysis
Perform company and industry research
Support on deal execution
Your Experience And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Business / Finance is preferred
Strong grasp of finance and accounting concepts
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Prior experience in Corporate Finance / Big 4 is preferred
