Job Description
(a) Classroom Lesson
· To work closely with HOD ICT and prepare/ refine teaching materials for ICT lessons on ICT topics such as Excel, Word, Touch Typing, SLS, Zoom logging in, New Media Literacies (eg. Spotting fake news).
· To conduct ICT classes for P1 – P6 students and ensure they are well-equipped with ICT skills.
· To conduct ICT Lessons during normal curriculum time.
· To co-conduct ICT Club CCA during CCA days, supporting students on project works and preparing for competitions.
· To install and uninstall the respective ICT training courses software before/after the ICT lessons
· To ensure that the ICT laboratories are in good working order before the commencement of lessons and examinations
(b) Administrative
· To carry out administrative work related to ICT (eg. management of the facilities booking portal & other ICT-related administrative work)
(c ) Communication
· Work with the Principal, Vice-Principals and teachers to collate information to post them to the social media such as school’s Facebook and website.
· Manage the school’s website and FB account
(d) Miscellaneous
· To assist in the presentation during major events
· To assist in distribution / setting up of ICT equipment
· To provide services for school functions on computer related matters (eg. poster design)
· To provide and design computer program to cater to the needs of all pupils (For instance, creating an on-line Feedback/survey form)
· To assist teachers in the processing of examination results, other ad-hoc services for the school functions assigned by the HODs/Principal/Vice-Principal
· To take photos/videos for school events and organisation charts
Requirements
· MOE registered
· Diploma in IT
· Preferably to have minimally 2 years of experience in teaching ICT lessons to schools.
· Possess experience in managing any of the above-mentioned scope of services

· Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30pm; 45 min lunch
