As the Project Manager, Asia, you will be responsible for managing IT delivery, maintenance and testing of applications and projects for all of Wealth Management Asia business platforms.
What will you do?

Plans, executes and tracks IT delivery, including vendors’ deliverables

Actively manages project risks and issues, and remove road blocks for the team. Escalate where necessary.

Responsible for IT project budgets and ensures proper tracking

Responsible for the technology development and maintenance budget for the Business ensuring the best possible return on investment for the client.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
-
The role would typically require 7-10 years of experience in projects and people management
-
Experienced in managing a portfolio of IT projects that span multiple business units/ functions and impact across Wealth Management Asia, high to very high/serious business risk involved

Experienced with methodologies for development, testing/QA, business analysis, PLC, project tracking/reporting
-
In-depth knowledge of the Bank guidelines on project management, audit, security, staff management, budgeting, the various business units in the bank in H.O. as well as internationally

Strong communication and presentation skills, working as part of a team across multiple time zone and jurisdictions

Large scale, big budget, long term Project Management skills
-
Good understanding of the Asia businesses, financial products, regulations and ebanking, backed by strong project track record and core banking platform (Avaloq) implementation
Nice-to-have

University degree or equivalent in project management, IT or related field is nice to have

International exposure and sensitivity to various cultures
