1. Ensures room is tidy and neat before receiving customer.
2. Ushers customer to the room and get customer ready before proceeding to start treatment.
3. After treatment, brings customer out to the consultation room and serves a drink.
4. Performs daily therapist’s duties according to roster and cleans up room at the end of the day.
