Sales Executive

Job Description

• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Attain yearly sales budget.
• Monitor sales activities to realize sales.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints to their satisfaction.
• Following-up with appointments from customer calls and enquiries.
• Preparing offers and quotations.
• Ensure orders are finalized, fulfilled and closed.
• Perform duties using company ERP and Ticketing systems.

Job Requirements

• Sales, marketing or service coordination experience in the marine industry.
• Product knowledge on marine electronics for ships navigation and communication systems would be advantageous.
