Sales Executive

Job Description Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. Attain yearly sales budget. Monitor sales activities to realize sales. Handling and resolving customer complaints to their satisfaction. Following-up with appointments from customer calls and enquiries. Preparing offers and quotations. Ensure orders are finalized, fulfilled and closed. Perform duties using company ERP and Ticketing systems. Job Requirements Sales, marketing or service coordination experience in the marine industry. Product knowledge on marine electronics for ships navigation and communication systems would be advantageous.
