Monthly Base Salary: Up to $4500 (Depending on relevant experience & industry experience) VB Your Responsibilities: - Full-Spectrum HR Support:
Handle the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, to offboarding.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and manage interview processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Review and recommend competitive salary packages and benefits in alignment with market trends and internal equity.
Employee Welfare & Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and morale. Be the go-to person for employee concerns.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and internal policies. Regularly update policies and processes to reflect changes in regulations.
Performance Management:
Coordinate and manage performance review cycles, support managers in performance discussions, and track development plans.
Training & Development:
Identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and support career development plans.
HR Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management decision-making. Requirements: - Dip in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
