Highlights Basic AWS VB Company transport pick up at Boon Lay Lunch provided Full Spectrum Payroll processing Job Scope 1) Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions 2) Assist in payroll related matters 3) Manage & handle employee's records in Info-Tech System (Employee details, MC, Leave and etc) 4) Responsible for work pass administration (Work Pass Applications, Renewal, Cancellation and Issuance) 5) Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding 6) Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters 7) Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc. 8) Prepare of letter to employee (Example: Appointment letter, salary adjustment and etc) 9) Handle employees enquire or feedback 10) Assist with filing 11) Arrange and prepare of Job Schedule 12) Records of petty cash (Goodtyres & Trans Engineering) 13) Answering phone call and attend to visitor 14) Assists in purchasing or get quotations (Eg.
