Site Coordinator / Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

• Coordinate daily on-site activities across ultiple projects as assigned by the Project Manager (PM).
• Ensure all works adhere to project schedules, approved designs, and required quality standards.
• Oversee minor works related to Defects Liability Period (DLP) tasks and maintenance activities as needed.

2. Site Supervision

• Supervise subcontractors and workers on site, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all activities comply with project requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
• Address and resolve safety or quality issues promptly.

4. Flexibility & Multitasking

• Engage on multiple projects simultaneously, requiring flexibility to suit project needs.
• Remain adapable to handle overlapping priorities and unexpected site challenges.

5. Communication & Reporting

• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and in-house team, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Provide regular updates to the OM on site progress, chanllenges and resolutions.

6. Knowledge application

• Apply expertise in interior fit-out works, construction methodology, and sequencing to streamline operations and solve on-site issues.

Requirements

• Qualifications:

- Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, BCSS or a related filed.

• Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in site coordination or supervision in interior fit-out projects.

• Skills:

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is desirable.

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, construction methodology, and sequencing.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to dynamic work environments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Knowledge:

- Familiarity with interior fit-out,maintenance workflows, and local building regulations.

• Personal attributes:

- Detail-oriented,proactive,and highly flexible.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
