Within the SB, the Zeigo team is focused on delivering SaaS solutions to meet the evolving sustainability needs of companies of all sizes. The portfolio of SaaS offers that exists within this business includes: Zeigo Network, a peer-to-peer, digital network of leading global corporations – now over 500 strong – intended to accelerate the awareness, evaluation and implementation of climate change solutions including renewable energy, efficiency and broader solutions; Zeigo Power, a tendering tool to automate and simplify the tendering process for renewable energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs); and Zeigo Activate, a new application designed to empower SMEs to begin on their own sustainability journey.
Zeigo is actively seeking a dynamic global launch leader to bridge the collaboration between Global Business, Country Operations, and Marketing. In this role, you will be the primary interface with country teams to launch Zeigo products across SE channels and go-to-market mix. Through your strong understanding of local market context and business priorities, you will be instrumental in animating sustainability SaaS conversations to position Zeigo and enabling pull through for Schneider Electric portfolio. Thanks to your proximity to local markets and country teams, you will be a key contributor to informing Zeigo product roadmap and capturing voice of customer.
This role reports to Head of GTM Zeigo and manages operations in Asia Pacific & Middle East.

Core Responsibilities

Country Launch Plan & Execution: As the primary interface with countries, you will spearhead launch of Zeigo products into zones / countries in close coordination with Global LOB and Country counterparts. This includes localizing global playbook based on a strong understanding of local market and priorities, ensuring product is localized, CRs are commercialized, trainings and assets are deployed, and securing country commitments at key milestones / gates.
- Product Positioning: Ensure closed loop feedback between Country teams and Product Manager. Provide Country teams with best practices to ensure product is competitively positioned across GTM mix. Provide Product Manager with feedback on local market context and competitive landscape to inform product improvements and roadmap.
- Sales & Marketing Community: Build strong relationships with local sales/marketing teams and become an embedded part of their communities. Collaborate with local teams to drive awareness and adoption of Zeigo products through training, webinars, events. Push regular internal communications with SE countries/divisions on key wins, features updates, etc. keeping us visible and countries engaged. Facilitate connections between Country Sales and Zeigo & SB Commercial teams as appropriate.
- Performance Management: Track/monitor launch progress and user acquisition performance across GTM mix. Initiate traditional and innovative tactics to drive continuous improvement and hyper-growth. Report progress and feedback from countries to Leadership team.
- Market Advocacy & Voice of Customer: Stay abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to inform channel strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related discipline is typically required. An advanced degree, such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Proven Experience: 5 combined years in sales / marketing roles, ideally experienced in launching products across different countries.

Sustainability Focus/Domain Knowledge: Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in driving positive environmental impact through technology solutions. Experience working with sustainability-focused products or platforms.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and driven by curiosity with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Strong Project management: Well organized, proactive and highly adaptable which allow you to coordinate actions across businesses / functions to deliver impact

Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong influencer with the ability to align priorities and drive consensus with diverse group of stakeholders.
- Good understanding of software sales process preferred.
