Product Manager (AI Product / Innovation team)

Job Title: Product Manager (AI Product)

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-driven products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define the product roadmap, drive development, and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic vision, and stakeholder management skills.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: One North
• Salary Package: Up to $12k (basic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LLM-powered AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Software Developers, and Data Scientists to develop and deliver cutting-edge AI products.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to refine use cases and product features.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of AI solutions into business operations.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure product performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and ethical AI considerations.
• Keep up to date with the latest LLM, AI, and ML advancements and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or LLM-related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLM architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
