Building Manager (Residential)

Our client is a leading property management company in Singapore, specializing in comprehensive services for residential and commercial property owners. Its services include property maintenance, tenant management, financial management, and property marketing.

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the condominium’s facilities and common areas.
• Supervise service contractors, maintenance staff, and ensure timely repairs.
• Handle residents’ feedback, complaints, and ensure high service standards.
• Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Ensure the building complies with safety regulations and government guidelines.
• Submit daily checklists, weekly reports, and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Levels
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in MCST or condominium environment
• Knowledge of building drawings and M&E details
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.

Working Location: West/ East

Working Hours: 5.25 days work week (Mon – Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate half day Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)

Salary: Up to $5,500 AWS variable bonus
