Call Centre Officer (East)

Founded in 2004, our client is a multi-channel outsourced contact centre that provides customer relationship management solutions.

Their services include Customer Service, Fault Reporting / Technical Support, Facilities Management, Tele-Sales / Tele-Marketing and Emergency Response.

Job Scope:

• Answer inbound calls and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints & feedbacks.
• Manage & resolve customer’s complaints & feedback.
• Assist in problem solving and/or follow-up cases, where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Level
• No experience needed (on job training provided)
• Candidates with customer service/call centre experience will have an advantage
• Composed in handling complaints and difficult situations.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and skills (Microsoft Applications)

Working Location: Ubi (nearest MRT- MacPherson)

Working Hours: 5.5-days work-week including Saturday (on rotation basis) 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: Up to $2,500 incentives bonus
