Job Responsibilities:

• Manage general enquiries of inbound calls and online enquiries
• Handle any other hotline administrative functions

Period:

• 1-year outsourced contract (renewable)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.15am - 5.45pm

Salary:

• Up to $2300 PB

Location:

• Maxwell

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry

Special Knowledge or Skills:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English to liaise with native English-speaking clients.
• Computer literate and good typing skills
