- Oversee work pass applications and employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Business Partnership
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify HR needs.
- Contribute to workforce planning and engagement strategies.
- Process Improvement
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing HR efficiency.
Candidate Profile - Background & Experience
- 1-4 years in HR, preferably with business partnering or HR generalist exposure.
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in work pass processing and knowledge of employment regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with collaborative approach.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
