Are you passionate about people and talent? As a HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & Staffing), you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to attract good talents for our organisation.
What will you do?
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify top tech talent through LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- End to end recruitment cycle: Handling end-to-end recruitment activities from pipelining, sourcing, selection, offers to onboarding.
- Job Descriptions & Market Research: Draft compelling job descriptions and analyze industry trends to develop pipeline strategies and execute staffing plans attract and hire the right candidates
- Improvement of TA processes: Review of processes to streamline, identify areas of improvement to ensure and enhance positive candidate experience. Use metrics to track hiring performance and effectiveness.
- HR Talent Ambassador: Engagement with educational institutions and organisations for talent pipelines. Represent SearchAsia at career fairs, campus events, interns events and networking sessions to connect with emerging talent.
- Industry Insights & Strategy: Research best hiring practices in the recruitment industry and provide fresh perspectives on improving talent attraction strategies.
- Talent Acquisition Projects: Support and contribute to ad-hoc TA-related projects.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Social Sciences or related discipline
- Have a strong passion for connecting people with their dream careers
- Keen interest in People and Talent-related conversations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess an out-going personality and a good team player
- Confident to deliver presentations or join in public speaking engagements on campus
- Independent learner and proactive problem solver
