Human Resource / Recruiter (Entry Level)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle
• Business Development to establish new partnerships and network
• Manage mid to senior recruitment assignments, collaborating closely with clients to understand their talent needs and strategic objectives.
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
• Maintain good relationship with clients and candidates

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Graduates with strong track records in school / internship experience, without working experience, are encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities for cultivating robust professional connections
• Embrace a proactive attitude and positive mind-set towards challenges.
