Job Posting for Finance Executive (GL) at SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD.
Responsbilities:
Executes timely closing of monthly accounts
Produces monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting pack, with financial performance analysis and supporting schedules
Posts journal entries, ensuring all transactions are properly supported with documentation
Takes charge of bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and balance sheet accounts reconciliation
Supports external and internal audit, and other statutory requirements
Assist in tax and deferred tax provision and tax reporting
Prepares financial statements and submission of XBRL
Acts as a business partner to various divisions in forecasting and budgeting, monitoring of performance and identify areas for improvement
Streamlines processes and recommend improvements to achieve greater work flow effectively and efficiency
Handles any other ad-hoc duties or operational issues requiring finance involvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar capacity
Candidates with audit experience from Big 4s preferred
Strong understanding of IFRS/FRS and their interpretations
Experience in SAP will be added advantage
Display positive attitude, team player and meticulous
Commitment to complete work by the given deadline
Able to work independently and good communication skills
