Job Posting for Talent Acquisition Executive at SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities
Prepares and advertises jobs at appropriate employment advertising portals
Sources and entices candidates by using internal databases, social media, community resources
Screens qualified candidates’ resumes and job applications
Makes salary offers and engage in salary negotiations
Follows through with the pre-employment process such as contract signing and onboarding preparations
Manages the logistics for and registration of recruitment activities with event organizers, preparation of materials (i.e.printed pamphlets, brochures, application forms and presentation materials etc.)
Corporate presentation and career talks at campuses and public events
Maintains relationship with key suppliers and third party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g. search firms, recruitment agencies, business schools, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant disciplines
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience or any other HR functions
Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structure, competency or behavioral based, etc.)
Experience with various screening processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Ability to conduct various types of candidate assessments to determine eligibility
Excellent communication, good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Able to give public speaking in career and scholarship talks to different audience
1-year contract, convertible to permanent based on performance
