The Opportunity

A specialist Life Sciences company is looking to expand its operations across Southeast Asia and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with experience in this region. This role will focus on the regions of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, across a variety of departments. Experience recruiting for diverse roles within a Life Sciences organisation will be highly advantageous.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related sectors. Experience in other areas of a Life Sciences organisation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry, including trends, talent landscape, and key therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Familiarity with working alongside external recruitment agencies or previous agency experience for hiring needs.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Life Sciences roles, from crafting job postings to sourcing, interviewing, and offer completion.
• Able to understand talent needs, providing market insights, and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates while managing multiple hiring priorities across various specialisations.
