Senior Talent Acquisition (Contract) | Healthcare | $6K - $7K | Immediate

Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with experience in the healthcare industry? We’re looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team immediately and help drive recruitment efforts for a prominent healthcare organization. If you have a proven track record of leading recruitment in healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates, ensuring alignment with both skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and department leads.
• Develop and execute a targeted recruitment strategy using LinkedIn to source candidates for a variety of roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn’s advanced search tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct market research on industry compensation trends to ensure competitive salary offers.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to recommend salary ranges and offer packages that are aligned with the market.
• Provide insights on compensation, benefits, and other factors influencing the talent pool in various industries and roles.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry (min 3-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry roles and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
