Responsibilities:
Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor
Provide documentation and reporting support to Service department
Handle processes of all orders
Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers
Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts
Responsible obtain quotation and negotiate with suppliers
Responsible follow through purchase requisitions
Responsible prepares detailed estimates of time, parts usage and cost analysis
Responsible prepares service parts planning
Working closely with sales department to understand our customers current and future technical requirements
Follow-up with suppliers on payment
Resolve ad-hoc problems in day-to-day operations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Candidate with no experience but have strong initiative to learn will be considered as well
