Job Description:
To conduct weekly sales and broader Foundry team meetings to ensure optimal sales and operational performance
To conduct weekly one-to-one meetings with members of the foundry sales team
To be available for the purpose of screening and interviewing potential sales/commercial team candidates as part of Foundry’s recruitment efforts in region
To participate in the APAC foundry commercial team forecast meetings
To ensure the timeliness and accuracy of Foundry CRM system updates
To execute any other commercial duties as directed by the Foundry Asia Pacific Managing Director
Job Requirements:
Senior commercial professional.
Strong track record of sales management and revenue growth.
Strong affinity with technology and martech industry.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Number driven and history of financial reporting.
Critical thinking and global business acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Active listener.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the various cultures across ASEAN.
