Key Roles and Responsibilities

Support project document management and control operations and get familiar with existing PMO DMS procedure and project design and construction document review and approval process;

Compare existing project document management and control workflow v.s. prevailing commercial project EDMS software, such as Aconex / Bluebeam Revu / Teambinder / ProjectWise / Procore / Autodesk BIM360 / etc.;

Conduct business needs and workflow analysis based on Project Document Controls Team's feedback;

Implement project document control workflow automation by using Microsoft Power Platform Suites, such as Power Automate, Power App, SharePoint List, etc.

Prepare summary report and recommendations for future steps;

Handover source code and conduct essential training;

Other tasks and activities assigned by Project Controls Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Background in Computer Science or equivalent

Ability to work in a face paced environment

Possess good communication (oral), presentation and written skills

Working Location: Jurong Island - Transport is provided to & fro MRT Stations (Jurong East / Boon Lay / Woodlands / Admiralty / Sengkang / Bishan / Tampines / Bedok / Outram Park)
