Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and project manage all aspects of employee engagement events, including townhalls and employee recognition events
Create engaging content across internal channels and social media platforms
Develop a variety of communications materials across both functions that support our business objectives, including executive comms, messaging documents, speeches, presentations, newsletters etc.
Support media relations activities by crafting coherent and sustained narratives, while tracking and analysing media coverage to assess impact and inform ongoing communications strategies
Manage strategic speaking engagements for business leaders to enhance the company’s standing and influence
Requirements
Degree and proven experience (at least 4-6 years) in corporate communications, event management or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic design skills and experience using design platforms such as Canva, to create visually appealing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and communications objectives
Resourceful self-starter with drive, resilience, and adaptability
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, while being meticulous and effectively managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
