Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the project in Singapore or/and oversea. Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company’s strategic direction in growth initiatives and market expansion.
· Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
· Supervise and lead project managers, site supervisors, and support staff. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build an effective and skilled team.
· Ensure compliance with local, national construction regulations and standards.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
· Manage frequent travel as required, facilitate communication and collaboration between local teams and headquarters.
· Identify potential risks associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
· Prepare reports for senior management, summarizing project performance, challenges, and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· At least 10 years of experience in senior management, with a strong background in Finance, HR and administration.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly hands-on and effectively.
