We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

As the Front Desk Receptionist , we rely on you to:

• Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
• Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
• Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
• Provide a best-fit solution to fulfil the customer needs
• Always ensure smooth efficient guest services
• Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Preferably has relevant hotel experience with OPMS knowledge
• Loves interacting with guests
• Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
• Effective communication skills
• Willing to work shifts and on Public Holidays
