As a Compensation & Benefits Executive, we rely on you to:
Compensation And Benefits
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to gather relevant data
- Review and analyse benefits policies to ensure relevance
- Support the annual insurance renewal process
- Address inquiries from the HR team and employees regarding policy clarifications
- Reviewing of policies and procedures
- Ordering of employee welfare gifts
- Assist in the preparation of the annual compensation and benefits budget and regularly monitor payroll expenses to ensure they align with financial goals
Payroll, Government / Insurance Claims, Surveys and Office Administration
- Support local payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Execute regular payroll processing activities, such as identify and rectifying errors and data discrepancies, and preparing payroll summary reports
- Ensure that all payments comply with regulatory guidelines and meet strict deadlines
- Responsible for the timely e-filing of NSmen make-up pay, maternity, childcare, extended childcare, paternity claims, foreign worker levy waiver and WICA claims
- Perform comprehensive Human Resources and Payroll reporting, data analysis and periodical MOM survey
- Collaborate with Business Units and support the annual appraisal cycle, providing guidance on processes and timelines to ensure timely submissions for consolidated review
- Track employee benefits (e.g., medical/insurance claims, long-term illness leave, flexi benefits etc.)
- Manage and track leave administration, including leave calculations and reports to BUs
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits-related matters
- Maintain and update the staff database to ensure accuracy
- Office administration such as procurement of items for HR office, invoice processing and etc
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- High level of initiative and integrity
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, meticulousness, confidentiality management, and being a good team player.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels demonstrating a high level of professionalism
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook) and familiarity with HR systems
- Depth of Knowledge of relevant government legislation, including the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations, Employment Practices, Compliance and enforcement of CPF contributions, Industrial Relations Act (IRA), Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) in Singapore
