Warehouse Supervisor - Operations, SG Warehouse

Job Description

• Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure compliance of operations processes & protocols
• Daily updates on document & sorting quantity. Ensure of documentation of receiving documentation
• Resolving any discrepancies during inbound process

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• 1 - 3 Years of experience dealing with external logistic parties
• Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Open to flexible arrangements depending on peak seasons and business needs
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Proficiency in Excel is not necessary but will be advantageous
• Able to commit to rotating shifts; Mon - Fri & Sat/Sun (Alternate weekends)
• Working location at either East or West of Singapore
