SEM 652 - Leadership Skills
The purpose of this course is to increase the student's understanding of leadership roles and skill in exercising those roles. These include team building, mentoring, managing conflict, delegating, managing participative decision making, creative problem solving, and time and stress management.
Job Requirement:
A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university
5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level
Familiar with learning management systems
Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
