Temp Research Associate

In this position the appointee will support research projects conducted under BeyondAge & the Intercontinental Alliance for Integrated Care through conducting literature reviews and assisting in the analysis of data. The appointee will report to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement with the following professional responsibilities.

• Support the analysis of data

• Undertake literature reviews, including search, analysis and writing functions.

• Draft and edit research reports/articles and presentations.

• Support any other matters/projects that may require assistance from time to time.

The appointee should possess:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree with preferably an emphasis in one of the following: Psychology, Education or related disciplines. Master’s degree is preferred.

• Good logical thinking and analytical skills

• Possess data management and cleaning skills

• Able to conduct quantitative analyses such as reliability testing, exploratory and confirmatory analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Possess the ability to take initiative and to work flexibly, as part of a team, as well as independently with minimum supervision

• Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.

• Able to work within deadlines

• Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times
