Job Posting for IT Desktop Support Lead (BANK)**$4000 at SMART FORTE CONSULTING LLP
Oversee a team of Desktop Engineers and assist the Operations Manager on daily operations including managing team KPI results.
Supervise field resource work progress daily whereby ensuring jobs completion and closed timely.
Take ownership and lead team including process and workflow design, service operations and field service resource management.
Drives Internal Team and Contractual Service Level Management targets, recovery and improvement plans.
Provide leadership guidance on service delivery process in accordance to service contract and deliverables.
Ensure service quality in all aspects of service delivery, including customer satisfaction and team morale.
Manage team's roles, responsibilities, workload, training roadmap.
Manage internal resources and external partners workers including service quality and performance against targets.
Conduct regular operational reviews with service team or team member in identifying issues and tracking till resolution.
Provide assistance and advise field resources including handling of escalation cases.
Manages work related escalations with client and internal stakeholders when required.
Prepare operation reports and share analysis findings with customers.
Understand customers’ requirements and needs. Build strong relationships with customers.
To participate in work meetings with management team and external customer team.
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma holder
Minimum 3 to 4 years of Desktop support experience
Able to lead a team
5 days work (9am to 6.30pm) at Raffles Place
Bank working environment
Salary $3500 - $4000
