Supervisor, Logistic and Dormitory Mgt
Responsibilities
Maintain tenancy agreement for all HDB units
Prepare rental payable for HDB units
Raise PR for bedding items for new HDB units and ensure that unit rooms are equipped for arrival of new Bus Captains.
Handle feedback from Bus Captains
Maintain HDB unit keys.
Apply and maintain utilities account.
Update occupant list
Source for new HDB units
Ensure that all HDB unit premises are cleaned
Conduct regular unit inspections for possession of unauthorized & illegal items and rectification on irregularities
Schedule & supervise clean-up and repair assignments as and when necessary
Responsible to brief the new Bus Captains on HDB’s rules & regulations
Liaise, supervise and monitor the performance of the handyman contractor (e.g. air-con, plumbing, etc.)
Liaise with relevant bodies on all HDB matters
Maintaining of Fault Log to track faults detected
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
Possess minimally two years of relevant experience in a similar scale.
Well-versed in using of WhatsApp and WeChat
Well-versed in using Microsoft Office
Able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Willing to work at Woodlands Area
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
