Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of HR operations support including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, onboarding and offboarding activities, employee retention, disciplinary and grievances, learning & development, etc.
• Providing support in payroll processing such as submitting Part Timer monthly payroll timesheet, checking staff’s rosters and any leave application to payroll vendor.
• Preparation and filling of IIR21.
• Keep track of all employees’ leave records and update on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and submit government paid leave such as child care leave, maternity leave etc.
• Prepare and submit statutory surveys required by MOM.
• Conduct regular workforce analysis to identify trends and recommend action plans to address gaps in productivity or morale, including regular outlet visits.
• Identify training needs, track records and coordinate with external training organizations.
• Assisting employees in career planning and development, providing guidance on career paths and advancement opportunities.
• Handling employee queries, grievance mediation, disciplinary action, etc
• Manage HR-related risks and ensure proper documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with Employment laws and company ’s policies.
• Review and improve HR workflow, policies, and procedures for better efficiency.
• Deliver quality HR services, propose, and implement HR initiatives and partner closely with business units to achieve strategic business goals.
• Any other duties as assigned by management
