Responsibilities:
- Responsible for event sales and operations.
- Respond to incoming leads and generate new leads.
- Consult with clients to determine objectives, requirements, and budget for events.
- Develop creative solutions for client event requests from concept to execution.
- Plan and assist with executing all events, including coordination with internal stakeholders, venue operators and external vendors.
- Assign the Group’s event spaces to effectively maximise revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and submit formal proposals and event decks tailored to client’s specifications while maximizing returns to the Company.
- Meet and greet clients, conduct site visits, promote our venues and services.
- Maintain existing client relationships and generate new relationships.
- Manage the whole suite of event tasks to include event design/theme, timelines, production, menu requests, logistics, vendor scheduling, décor, event spend, special event orders etc.
- Attend site visits, pre-planning meetings and other venue meetings as necessary to support event guest experience.
- Effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders on event order, timelines, special requirements, feedback, etc.
- Take on administration and logistics duties related to day-to-day operations within the department.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills between department colleagues, suppliers, clients, F&B tenants, community stakeholders, internal and external parties.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned.
