Retail Assistant | Full time | Singaporeans/ Perm Residents only

We are looking for people oriented and motivated individuals to join our fun and collaborative retail team! We’ll provide the training, coaching and experiences that allow you to strengthen product knowledge and build relationships.

You will play the key roles of a product expert to present the best product solutions to suit customers' needs and act as a Service Ambassador to deliver the best service moments to our customers at the local retail stores.

What you will be doing

• Engage with customers to provide a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
• Promote and demonstrate products to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to management to help improve service and product offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

What you should have

• A Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Willingness to work retail hours and weekends (5 days per week)

• Possesses interest or knowledge in consumer electronics products.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Positive and outgoing personality to inspire customers about Sony's products.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,900.00 per month
