About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual who wants to work in a fast paced media environment. You are someone who is excited by challenges and who enjoys negotiation and chasing hard deals. You are prepared to work hard and fast, and are good at thinking on your feet. You are able to work well under pressure and do not get weighed down by setbacks, being able to get back quickly on your feet to continue the chase.
As an Account Manager/Director at SPH Media, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with clients, media agencies, and internal teams to optimize campaign performance, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main post-sales contact, ensuring a seamless client experience. Support the Client Partner (CP) in closing deals, managing internal stakeholders, and coordinating with Finance to facilitate contract closure.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring ad placements, targeting, and creative assets meet client expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, implementing real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with ad operations, data, and product teams to resolve campaign-related issues.
- Manage the production of case studies showcasing campaign success and SPH Media’s capabilities.
- Ensure client success, provide regular campaign updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Proactively address client concerns, offering solutions to enhance satisfaction and performance.
- Drive upsell opportunities by demonstrating campaign impact and added value, contributes to overall revenue retention and growth.
- Share client feedback and campaign performance insights
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to pitch additional solutions.
- Communicate client and agency feedback on product performance, campaign execution, and platform issues and collaborate with internal teams (product, ad ops, sales) to drive improvements.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or Business
- Minimum three years of sales and marketing experience preferably in the media industry
- A detail-oriented and client-focused professional with experience in media planning, account management, or digital advertising.
- A strong communicator who can navigate cross-functional teams and build long-term client relationships.
- A problem-solver with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to build good understanding and relationship with key targeted customers
